Linda Svidró graduated from the Prague Dance Center conservatory, she danced in the Ballet Prague Junior ensemble and as a guest dancer also in the Prague Chamber Ballet. In 1999, she left abroad and performed in Nederlands Dans Theater II., Ballet Gulbenkian Lisbon, Lanonima Imperial Barcelona, Ballet Pécs and other ensembles. In 2008, as a prominent soloist of Hungarian Ballet Theatre, she was awarded the Euro-Pas award for the best female dancer of the year (as a Czech dancer in Hungary). In 2009, she returned to the Czech Republic and, together with Hungarian choreographer Attila Egerházi, joined the ballet of the South Bohemian Theatre in the position of soloist, ballet master, assistant choreographer and deputy of the ballet’s artistic leader. She graduated from university where she studied the Theory and History of Theatre, her master-studies’ specialization was Media Communication and Marketing. She continues teaching at the Prague Dance Center conservatory and, together with her husband Viktor, she is the artistic leader of the Ballet Prague Junior ensemble. In August 2017, she joined the Prague Chamber Ballet in the position of ballet master and assistant choreographer. Since 2019 she is the Artistic Director of the company.
